Schools on your list rarely take OOS applicants (e.g. UCD), much less international.
Use the MSAR. Identify the 45 schools that consider internationals. Eliminate those that matriculated less than 3 internationals. Those are likely to be matriculating inside candidates. Apply to the rest.

Use the MSAR. Apply to the schools that are a match for your stats that matriculated at least 3 internationals. Those with less are likley to be matriculating inside candidiates.
thanks , any take on the stats and experience , any gaps need to be covered?

Remove UC Davis (they admitted only one non resident last year). Duke only admitted 2 internationals. You could add these schools:
George Washington
Medical College Wisconsin
New York Medical College
Virginia Commonwealth
Yale

Gaps cannot be addressed at this time. If you are planning not to apply this season, adding more service would be my recommendation.
