i would've recommended applying next cycle early and you would have had a good chance at publics
and other privates
and a better school list if you were adamant about applying on christmas eve...

• I am a non traditional student. After college, I worked about 1.5+ years and decided to change my career while continuing to work
• Did DYI post bacc at state 4 year schools and took 58 semester units and got all As while working full time 8/23-12/24.
  • State schools near home: Lecture/labs for G Bio1,2/ GC 1,2./OC 1,2/Physics 1,2. Lectures for Medical microbiology, anatomy, immunology, cell and molecular biology, Genetics, physiology
• I know that I applied very late. I haven't heard back from any school after application submission or KIRA (USC/NYU which I did on 1/21). Based on SDN interview pages, it sounds like USC,NYU,Tufts conduct interviews until March. Do you think that schools above already looked at my application and decided not to reach out? Or is there a chance that they haven't even looked at my application?
• I am willing to go anywhere
• I applied late because I doubted that schools would even consider my application if I didn't finish Bio2/Physics 2.

yes, you still have a chance at nyu and usc
they are two of the most expensive schools, and they tend to interview later and accept students later
how good of a chance is not sure
if you would've applied this upcoming cycle, you could have not applied to those schools and you would have been fine...

Hi macsak, thanks for the note. I wanted to give it a try but yeah I agree that it is very late. Do you have a recommendation of school lists for next cycle? Also, do you think that I still have chances for NYU or USC? I saw some of your comments in that forum. Any feedback would be appreciated a lot
