All of the hours I listed are expected hours that I will have accumulated by August 2021. Please don't quote my post because I intend to delete this information later.

    • Awards/Recognitions
      • Recognition from my department for top 10% of graduating class

    • Research – include any abstracts/posters/publications and how you were credited (eg. First author, senior author, etc):
      • Undergraduate Research
        • Worked in 2 separate basic biology labs, one was a research program (2 years) and the second was a related lab where I worked with a graduate student (1 year). No publications/abstracts
      • Postbacc Research at NIH (IRTA)
        • Work in a basic biology lab, 4 abstracts (one first author), oral presentation at a national conference (second authorship abstract), and one publication (low author). I will hopefully have two second author papers by the end of this year.
    • Volunteering (clinical) – include hours/sites:
      • Hospice volunteer: 250 hours, in-home visits with patients for respite care, grocery delivery, palliative therapy (hand massage, aromatherapy, etc.)
    • Physician shadowing – include hours/specialties:

You can remove Penn State and Wake Forest since they will yield protect. You could add these schools:
Brown
Mount Sinai
Case Western
Kaiser
USC Keck
Miami
