Probably the fact that I have very low EC/Volunteering hours that will most definitely affect my chances at schools.

you need to apply to more schools
you are likely to experience yield management from the boston schools and the AZ schools value volunteering for the underserved/public health type stuff...

Thank you for replying! Are you able to list me some schools that I should add to my list?

you should add schools that you have mission fit with, not "fit of my stats"...

Here are my five cents (since we're discontinuing pennies):

Do you have bona fide community service? Food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, legal support, transportation services, housing rehabilitation? Being a preceptor (100+ hours) is teaching/tutoring for all I can tell. Being a Fueling Station Worker for your athletics department is... uncommon but doesn't fit expectations. Being in a mobile clinic... you need many more hours (get to at least 50).

You are right that having zero service orientation activities is going to limit your success, and I'm guessing Arizona's emphasis on serving the tribal/rural communities around Arizona is going to put your in-state application in jeopardy. They may interview you (because you're in-state with great stats), but you might need to show you can handle their expectations of service to get an offer. You must show you have gotten yourself dirty, because you will get dirtier in dental school. You should have completed 100+ hours before submitting your application to avoid getting screened out at most schools. Your clinical hours should also need a boost.
