uop is a pretty huge reach, but it's your only one, plus you only have 2 publics
your lower BCP and TS likely mean you are going to get more post december invites than pre, but you have tons of privates, so it is just going to be a waiting game...

forgot to add, your upward trend in undergrad and 4.0 masters is gonna help...

how come you didn't get a 4th LOR from one of your volunteering experiences?

Hi macsak,

My volunteering at the medical center was mainly independent, so I was with patients in the lobby while my supervisors were on a different floor. Most of my interactions with them were from when I was checking in and out of each session. For my shelter volunteering, I’m still building rapport with the staff. There are times when the cook isn’t there, so I’m running the kitchen myself, and I’m only interacting with the residents. My leadership for both comes from training new volunteers. I can ask for a 4th LOR, but I’m afraid it’ll be generic…

no worries
it is not always required, but sometimes if you get one, it is helpful...

For me: I'm not sure how they and Pacific will look at your bioengineering master's coursework as a proxy for doing well in their 3-year curricula. I probably would have suggested Temple instead of Roseman or U of P for region purposes.

I haven't applied to Temple because I am not sure if taking the Casper is worth it for one or two schools. Would taking it and applying to Temple and perhaps U of Louisville (also requires Casper) be a good idea?

If you aren't super drawn to Temple or Louisville, I wouldn't think that taking Casper would be worth it. That said, our SJT surveys suggest most people will bite the bullet and take Casper if they "have" to.
