Overall GPA: 3.55
Science GPA: 3.27
Bio-Chem-Physics GPA: 3.27
DAT score (include AA and all sections): AA:20 TS:20 RC:22 QR:21 BIO:22 GC:20 OC:18 PAT:20
State of Residence: North Carolina

Undergrad Attended: Brigham Young University
Major: Public Health: Health Science

Shadowing Experience:
100+ With General Dentist and Pediatric Dentist
Volunteering Experience: Dental Clinics, Soup Kitchens, Saxophone Tutor at Middle Schools
Research: I hope to get some, but may not because of COVID-19
Other Extracurriculars: Member of Dental Clubs
LOR type and strength: Pre-Professional committee. Strength should be about average. Letter from dentist should be excellent.

Misc Info/Things not stated elsewhere: Have 4 W's (2 from death of a grandparent during sophomore year and 2 for mental health issues. Mental health issues have since been resolved and i'm doing much better. Course load around 13 Hours a semester + Spring/Summer Courses. Im worried that my sGPAA is a little low. ECU would be my prime choice but anywhere on the east coast plus some favorable western locations would be best. May be interested in an DMD/DDS and MPH dual degree. Personal statement and interviews should be top notch. Looking for other schools I should consider and overall encouragement/advice. Thanks to all!

I believe Meharry and Howard mostly accept URM students so you may want to modify that.
