I'm pretty conflicted at what I should do now, so here goes...

509 (128, 125!, 129, 127), first time taking it
AAMC FLs 1-3: 507, 512, 512 (avg. 510)

cGPA: 3.81 sGPA: 3.75 (Upward trend, from a 3.5 freshmen year to 4.0 junior year)

Asian, Male, Biology major - starting senior year in the fall at a state school, US citizen in Nevada

Undergraduate TA for two semesters
Supplemental Instructor Leader for three semesters
Nonclinical volunteering is about 100 hours, but the hours are all over the place
Two semesters of research, pending publication (nothing too big - Genome Announcements)
Was a CNA for about nine months (per diem) for 350 hours
Committee member in a pre-health honors society
Music director (choir and orchestra) at my church for a little more than a year
Sunday school teacher
Shadowed a pediatrician for 40 hours

I'm unsure if I want to wait a year, preparing for a retake instead. I'm part of the FAP, so I'm planning to submit my AMCAS to at least 16 schools. I just think a 509 is at the border of where I wanted to be, a 510. I also don't think my MCAT was a fluke since it was around the average of my AAMC scores, so if I retake, I would need at least three more months and I would need to score at least 515+.

Current school list:

Albany Medical College
Rosalind Franklin
Creighton
Drexel
Eastern Virginia Medical School
Netter
George Washington University SOM (probably a reach, the pediatrician I shadowed offered to write a separate Rec. letter for this school in addition to a general one he'd write for other schools)
Georgetown (another reach)
Indiana University SOM
Temple
Loyola
Medical College of Wisconsin
New York Medical College
Beaumont SOM
Penn state CoM
Tulane
Rush
UNLV SoM
UNR SoM
Louisville SoM
U. of South Dakota SoM
Sanford SoM
University of Vermont CoM
University of Washington SoM
Wake forest SoM
Wayne University SoM
West Virginia University SoM
Wright State (got some friends in the area so I thought I'd try)

So what do ya'll think?

U Washington accepts less than 1% of applicants who are not from states in the Northwest. Louisville, South Dakota, Wright State accept few non residents with your MCAT and no connection to the state. You could add these schools:
Jefferson
Seton Hall
NOVA MD
California University (new school)
