Hello! Looking for some advice on my school list and expectations given my stats and experiences.

I'm a 25 YO non-trad making a career change from architecture. I've spent the last year completing a DIY post-bacc, taking the MCAT, and pursuing research, volunteering, and shadowing hours. I am planning on applying this cycle, but have some reservations given my limited clinical experience. Thoughts?

Thank you!!!

With no non clinical volunteering and low clinical volunteering and shadowing hours your chances for interviews are limited. Rush expects many hundreds or thousand of hours of clinical and non clinical exposure. I suggest theses schools from your list:
. Michigan
5. Vermont
6. Wayne State
12. Western Michigan
16. Quinnipiac
18. Toledo
20. NYMC
21. MSU
22. Oakland
23. Central Michigan
24. Penn. State
You could add these schools:
Medical College Wisconsin
NOVA MD
Virginia Commonwealth
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Hackensack
Albany
For DO schools I suggest these:
MSUCOM
MU-COM
DMU-COM
CCOM
KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
ACOM
NOVA
TUNCOM
TUCOM-CA
WESTERN
PCOM
LECOM
NYITCOM
Touro-NY

You definitely need community service where you help comfort people in distress: food distribution, shelter work, job placement services, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation are best examples.
