how did you come up with this school list?
are you aware that meharry is an HBCU?

Meharry - no, I wasn't; dropped
School list reasoning: as remarked, in state preference followed by proximity. Creighton isn't close but I happened to speak to an admissions counselor and had a very positive experience.
Would appreciate the most input on OOS public options.

did you calculate retake gpa with replacement or by keeping both attempts?

correct
just making sure...
congrats on the awesome DAT score and postbacc grades
for sure you need to up your volunteering hours
i would try and see if you can schedule a meeting with admissions at your IS publics and any other target schools...

How many credit hours comprise your postbac GPA? What did you take?

I'm a little confused with the absence of the Boston University. UNE is also in the Northeast, though I also presume a potential yield protect possibility... but if you're willing to go to Detroit/Vermont...

I don't think either NEOMED or LMU are good fits unless you grew up in rural New York (not close to the Tri-State area).

Thank you!

I will be trying to add another 30 hours by submission day and updating hours over the remainder of the year while going to a full time schedule at work; I would love to hear additional recommendations.

Postbac GPA consists of 54 hours
BCPOchem 2 semesters each, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Calc 1 and 2, 2x english classes
(The last 4 are entirely for the SUNYs because my prereqs all expired)

BU: "2 additional BCP, not used to satisfy other requirements" not satisfied
UNE: A&P not satisfied, additional upper level coursework not satisfied

A lot of prior advice I received suggested that taking the extra time and $ to add specific prereqs, unless I very specifically want to go to a school (i.e. IS) was not too valuable so I followed a pretty barebone electives set.

NEOMED/LMU: No, I grew up fairly urban; I suppose these are highly rural-focused?

Appreciate your input and thank you for your help.
Best,
