Any service orientation activities (nor clinical) where you are helping those who are distressed that go out of your comfort zone? Clearly equestrian activities are in your comfort zone it appears. Fundraising and tutoring don't really count. You should have 150 hours at submission to avoid getting screened out at most schools.

You could add these schools to your application:
West Virginia
USF Morsani
Hofstra
Rochester
New York Medical College
George Washington
Your chances for interviews at top tier schools are limited due to your low non clinical volunteering hours and clinical hours. You should also accumulate another 25 hours of in person physician shadowing.

What would your recommendation be for clinical and non-clinical volunteering hours? I tend to see 150-300 hour minimums recommended around here

Minimum of 150 hours for clinical volunteering/employment with patient contact and 150+ hours for non clinical volunteering.

Here's a school list that contains some reaches that might not be possible because of the minimal nonclinical and likely lack of narrative (nonclinical forms the narrative really) but I have included them since they are possible and you have the capacity to to apply. Apply to the schools you want to attend in the reach/target category and apply to everything in baseline as your insurance policy.

is this an okay list to proceed with? i don't think my experiences align with some of those (BU, Georgetown, etc.), but i added a few more schools that aren't too far south for me:

Harvard
Columbia
Cornell
Yale
Mayo Clinic
Northwestern
UMich
Pitt
Mount Sinai (Icahn)
Case Western
UVA
Rochester
Cincinnati
Brown
Hofstra
USC Keck
UCLA
NYMC

Dartmouth
Wake Forest
Tufts
Stony Brook
Jefferson
Vermont
Quinnipiac
VCU
VT Carilion
EVMS
Western Michigan
Oakland (MI)
UW Madison

(i know the top few are particularly unrealistic, but i love new england/nyc and want to shoot my shot!)

Schools love money so if you feel like you have enough to donate to them...

Keep in mind you will need more hours and significant impact for brand name schools. You are barely at threshold for some of the schools on the lists given to you. I suggest focusing on optimizing your application over trying to go for moonshots. They will come with a stronger profile.

by optimizing my application, do you mean in regard to secondaries? i now have more volunteering plans for this semester, and i am looking into clinical jobs that would allow me to get more hours in (sadly unsure if i'll be physically able to return to my current one anytime soon). as for secondaries, however, i plan on prewriting all of them so as not to risk sacrificing quality.

i am mostly trying to assess how my list looks aside from the hyper-unrealistic schools -- i am okay with wasting my money (though i will probably end up removing some) but want to have a good amount of more realistic options :)

Check out COA and debt you would assume. One should not be so frivolous on financial matters, exorbitant if interest rates rise.

Remove any possible reasons to be screened out when your submit your application. This means before summer if you are applying this May/June. Even the most optimized applications can be ghosted for months.
