Looking to apply to only MD programs. Wondering how much a post bacc would help, (GPA would be around 3.58 after 1 year of courses). Also wondering if an NIH research post bacc might serve me better? Thanks.

A DIY post bacc at a local college where you take undergraduate level science courses would help if you increase your GPA to 3.58

You need more nonclinical volunteering that is not tutoring. Get at least 50 more hours at the homeless shelter, transportation services, job/tax preparation, food distribution, or housing rehabilitation.
