  1. cGPA (3.5) and sGPA (3.4) These are estimations, I attended a collegiate HS which has grenaded my GPA. I also had a bad semester at a private uni before transferring to a state school (Texas). I finished with a 3.75 and had a massive upward trend (MBIO major).
  2. 509 (128/126/128/127)
  3. Texas
  4. ORM
  5. State school
  6. 1500+ hours as EMT on 911 service (volunteer) and 80+ hours in hospital (also volunteer)
  7. 250 hours during undergrad (no pubs/posters), currently working full time as a research technician at "prestigious" institution. Will be on a pub (middle author), but currently doing data collection.
  8. 40 hours ED / 40 hours Urology / 30 hours Rad Onc
  9. None atm, signed up for crisis center (will have about 40 by the time I apply and then it's a 6 month commitment after)
  10. 3 gap years
  11. Dean's / President's list
  12. N/A

OOS MD schools interview few Texas applicants with your stats since they know from years of experience that a Texas applicant will attend a Texas school. Tulane is the only one worth including. You could apply to these DO schools:
TCOM
SAM HOUSTON STATE
UIWSOM
OSU-COM
KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
DMU-COM
CUSOM
MU-COM
PCOM
NYITCOM
Touro-NY

No community service? Defer applying until you have logged in at least 150 hours of in person activity. What will you be doing at the crisis center for 6 months?
Plan is to apply this year no matter what, as a clarification, the EMS is volunteer. Crisis center is a suicide hotline.

Good. You still need some in-person service if your crisis work is only through phone. Preferably something less clinical.
Thanks for the advice, will try and do some food bank service!

I see several schools on your list that seldom accept Texans, like
MC Wisconsin
Northeast Ohio
USC Greenville
Penn State
Quinnipiac
Geisinger
Wayne
