505 MCAT (128,122,128,127), 3.87sGPA, 3.9cGPA, FL resident, traditional applicant, Asian, no ties to other states

As for my activities, I have

1. 450 clinical volunteering

2. 400 nonclinical volunteering (tutoring underserved)

3. 770 research (split between clinical and basic)

4. Leadership in a club

5. 300 employment (in an after school program)

6. 3 presentations on just one first author poster (at college of medicine research day, department of anesthesiology, National anesthesiology conference). No pubs but I might get one this year on the same study.

7. 185 Shadowing (105 hours in-person)

8. First place research award for my oral presentation including cash prize and wall plaque recognition, selection of my abstract as highest scoring at national conference

I am not sure if MD is the right choice with my 122 CARS but I still want to give it a shot.

My current MD school list include UCF, FAU, FIU, FSU, UF, Nova, Central Michigan, East Tennessee, Wright State, University of North Dakota, University of Louisville, MO Columbia, MO Kansas, Penn State, Albany Medical, Medical college of Wisconsin, University of Wisconsin, NE Ohio, University of Kansas, Minnesota, Kentucky, Oakland, Temple, Tulane, GW, Drexel.

My current DO list include PCOM, Rowan, MSU, DMU, KCU, OSU, Touro NY, Nova, LECOM, NYIT

Please offer suggestions on schools

Virtual shadowing has no value. How many hours of in person physician shadowing do you have? You have many OOS Public MD schools on your list that admit very few (if any) non residents with a MCAT of 505 and no connection to the state.

I have 105 hours of in-person shadowing.

Do you have suggestions for other schools that could be possibly added with my score?

400 hours of tutoring underserved populations does not satisfy "service orientation" as it is an academic activity, and practically every premed tutors underserved students. With no other evidence (fewer than 150 hours) of service orientation activities disclosed (food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, transportation services, housing rehabilitation), your application could be vulnerable to getting screened out at most schools.
