They don’t take many OOS students. I think they do reserve a few spots for people with exceptional stats, but at that point, I do not see why you would choose them over other options you could have.

OP, remove VCU, Chicago and UCSF as well. VCU will likely think you would choose other schools instead. UCSF and University of Chicago are very service-oriented.
