Howard and Meharry mainly admit applicants from the Black community. You have several state public schools on your list that admit few non residents with a MCAT of 508 and no connection to the state. Rush expects far more non clinical hours than you have.
I suggest these schools with your stats:
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Albany
Drexel
Temple
Penn State
George Washington
Eastern Virginia
Virginia Commonwealth
Wake Forest
Methodist (when it opens)
NOVA MD
Belmont
Alice Walton
TCU
Roseman
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
California University
Loma Linda (if you fit their mission)
UC Davis
UC Riverside (if you are from that region)
You have a good DO list.

What is the breakdown of your 600 hours of clinical volunteering and 5000 clinical employment? Why do you want to go to Buffalo and Albany? You list Meharry but not Charles Drew or the other HBCU schools?
I am also applying to Charles Drew, I forgot to add it

Clinical volunteering (its closer to 550 hours) :
~200 hours as hospital volunteer
~300 Street medicine team

Clinical Employment :
~2000 scribe
~2000 Orthopedic Tech
~1000 EMT (200 IFT / 800 911)

Albany : I was looking for a school on the east coast that my stats fit with, service focus, and small class size is a plus

Buffalo : East coast, service focus

Going to school on the east coast is something I'm interested in

Would my MCAT be competitive for Temple/George Washington?
When I look at MSAR it is out of their range

UK might not make sense either. They admit only 15% OOS students, and from my experience are very service oriented. I have 2 CA friends with MCATs below even the UK average that were admitted. However, they're siblings and they both had an insane service application. Numerous international and domestic mission trips with their healthcare parent, providing care to underserved communities everywhere. Older sibling is 1 year ahead and vouched massively for younger sibling. Given that you are OOS and don't have an immense amount of service, I would reconsider there.
