Do you have an upward trend? What are your year by year GPAs?
Yes I have an upward trend. Took too many C's in my freshman year and in ochem. Was on the quarter system and maintained above a 3.6 for my last 5 quarters. My graduate gpa (I know schools don't look at this) is 3.76 and I took an upper div biology class as a grad student and got an A+ ( although this is calculated as graduate gpa)

Arizona and Michigan State admit few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state and your MCAT is not competitive for Western Michigan. Meharry admits applicants who are mainly from the African American community.
I suggest these OOS MD schools with your stats:
TCU-UNT
NOVA MD
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Hackensack
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Wake forest
You should receive several interviews from your DO list.

I would recommend with state schools to look into in-state biases.
