Describe your Texas ties. Did you live there for a long period of time? Graduate from high school? TMDSAS has specific rules about Texas residency; with your stats, you need to be very surgical and deliberate as an OOS applicant. I would discourage you unless you have done serious networking and gotten more than just "encourage to apply" feedback.
I don't see any true service orientation activities. Campus activities as non-clinical volunteering... great, but it won't fulfill that expectation from most schools.
Maybe the childcare hours, but that can be a real stretch, like being a caregiver.
You need 150 hours completed in service orientation non-clinical community service to avoid being screened-out by most schools.
