What is your purpose as a physician? What do you want to do 10 years from now?

I'm concerned that not having community service activities outside a clinical environment in the last 5 years is helpful to your application. I would need more insight to your free clinic work, but service orientation outside of a health care setting is going to hold you back.

You have some state public schools on your list that admit few non residents with no connection to the state.
I suggest these schools with your stats:
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Tufts
Einstein
New York Medical College
Albany
Hackensack
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Georgetown
George Washington
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Wake Forest
NOVA MD
Miami
Tulane
TCU
Creighton
St. Louis
Rosalind Franklin
Rush
Loyola
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
California University
Kaiser
USC Keck
The UCs
If you are applying this year you should submit your application this month and all your secondaries by August.
