Your MCAT of 510 is below the 10th percentile for the majority of schools on your list. Overall, the GPA-MCAT grid shows that applicants with your stats have a ~20% chance for a MD acceptance. Your chances may be higher since you have a SMP of 4.0 and very good ECs.
I suggest these schools with your stats and ECs:
All 4 SUNYs
Albany
NYMC
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Hackensack
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
George Washington
Georgetown
Eastern Virginia
Wake Forest
NOVA MD
Tulane
TCU
Creighton
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
Rush
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State

Check with the Medical Student Pride Alliance and list of represented programs their leadership. I would not delete Rochester so quickly, as a result.
With only 92 available seats (BMD and MD/Phd=14), a 10th percentile MCAT of 511 and 10th percentile gpa of 3.63, Rochester is a big stretch.
I would bet that the BMDs account for a big chunk of the lower gpa's, too!

OP is competing for a tiny number of spots that are likely going to any number of target populations.
