Howdy. I am applying in May and I just wanted a quick revisit of my application from about half a year ago.
517 MCAT (129, 126, 130, 132)
3.45 GPA
450+ hours non clinical employment @ Student led college food pantry.
480 hours non clinical employment (yard duty monitor @ elementary school).
2000+ clinical hours (family medicine clinic referrals + MA).
200+ clinical volunteering at a hospital.
4 LORS. 1 Non-science, 2 science, 1 from doctor I work with.
25+ hours tutoring
66.5 hours food bank/ soup kitchen non-clinical volunteering ( will have about maybe 80 by start of May)
8 hours shadowing Hospitalist (looking to get more)
8 hours research (just started getting research)

Thank you for reading. Are there any schools I should consider adding or removing? I removed the schools that require heavy service hours since I do not have a lot of non-clinical volunteering. How ready is my application? Any thoughts or ideas are welcome!

Your nonclinical volunteering is still within the range of getting screened out (<150 hrs). I think you should patch that up immediately if applying this cycle. You can probably add UCI, UCR (if you're from the Inland Empire), CUSM, and Charles Drew. UCSF is basically a donation unless you fit one of their mission-based programs.
