Please help with my school list / chance me for my schools! Thank you guys so much!!

UCSD, UF and Rutgers accept few non residents with no connection to the state. U Washington accepts less than 1% of applicants who are not from states in the Northwest. You should receive several interviews from the other schools on your list.
