You do not need to retake the MCAT. You have a good list and should receive several interviews.

BUMP.
I'd like to finalize this list and have the means to add a few more schools. What schools do any of you believe I should add/delete? I'm curious as to if I should add more top programs or perhaps delete the top programs I currently have on my list.
UPDATE to initial post, I have been inducted into two national honor societies, PBK and another for my major. I will be graduating with highest honors from my institution. - (not sure if these new points really matter).
I'd love feedback from @Goro @gyngyn or anyone else really.

I'd say the weakest part of your app is your non-clinical volunteering. Doing more community work with those underserved in the US will definitely strengthen your app.
