I think you have a chance but that 123 is going to be a real barrier. Maybe divert some planned $ from secondaries at the likes of Brown/Duke/UNC/Case Western etc to more realistic MD/DO schools.

Thank you for the reply! Do you have school recommendations?

You do not have a good MD school list. Schools such as U North Carolina, Louisiana State, Arizona Tucson, Florida State (only 4 non residents admitted last year) accept very few (if any) non residents with your MCAT of 501 and no connection to the state. Case Western. Boston University, Brown, Duke are unrealistic with your MCAT. I suggest adding these MD schools:
Quinnipiac
Seton Hall
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Georgetown
TCU-UNT
Creighton
Medical College Wisconsin
Loyola
St. Louis
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
In your DO list your MCAT is too low for Arizona. Ohio, Michigan State accept few non residents. I suggest adding all these DO schools:
ACOM
ARCOM
NYIT-AR
UIWSOM
WCU-COM
ATSU-SOMA
TUNCOM
UP-KYCOM
WVSOM
CUSOM
VCOM (all 4 schools)
MU-COM
PCOM (all schools)
Many of these schools have MCAT medians in the 498 to 502 range so you should receive several interviews.

Thank you for the reply! I will expand on my MD list for sure. However, don't those DO schools require a DO LOR? Also, I believe that I have a compelling story and unique EC's. I figured that although those top-tier MD schools were nearly impossible, I would still try.

Most DO schools do not require a DO LOR though some recommend it. Check and see if a particular school absolutely requires a DO LOR.

In my research, all but the 7 DO schools that I am applying to require a letter from a DO.

Given that I have updated my list, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what my chances are this cycle.

I agree with Faha recommendations. I would switch UA-Tucson for Phoenix if you want an AZ one. Less established, increasing class size, and more open to out of state. I wouldn't worry about the DO letter. This is a crazy year and programs should be understanding.
