The app:
Since applying, I have increased my shadowing hours and have continued paid employment as a teacher/instructor. My grades are fine, although I do have a C+ in Organic Chemistry II. I wonder if that is a massive red flag to adcoms. Other possible weaknesses besides low shadowing hours include a "cookie-cutter app that applied a bit too late" and perhaps poor interview performance/skills. I'm curious to see whether reapplication is warranted without pubs or another MCAT re-take. So what went wrong? What are your thoughts and recommendations?
