GPA Is a little low because I double majored in Chemistry and Global Health while working full time to pay for school. Currently in gap year working as psychoactive drug technician.

Biggest gaps in my profile are my shadowing and GPA I would say, but I also have no idea where to apply or how any of this works. I thought the application for 2023 would be the one that opens in may, and I'd start in fall, if that shows how unaware of things I am

You have several weaknesses in you application. You need to accumulate 50 hours of physician shadowing (including primary care) and another 150+ hours of clinical volunteering with patient contact before you submit your application. You also need 150+ hours of non clinical volunteering where you interact with those who are less fortunate (ie: homeless shelter, food bank, etc.). If you accumulate those hours I suggest these schools with your stats:
Eastern Carolina
UNC
Wake Forest
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
NOVA MD
Miami
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Hackensack
Einstein
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
TCU-UNT
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Rosalind Franklin
