The GPA is a little on the lower side of MD admissions, but your MCAT is great. Your ECs look solid, though do you have some non-clinical volunteering? Also, did you present a poster or have abstracts or anything for your research?

Strongly concur. I think the OP will do well with low-medium tier schools
