I am applying soon and would like some feedback! I am unsure and would appreciate some guidance. Additionally, I am looking for recommendations on dental schools. Thank you!

Extras: I come from a disadvantaged background as a first generation Asian American and college student.

Date of submission: By the end of July or start of August (waiting on letter of recommendations).
Overall GPA: 3.98
Science GPA: 3.98
Bio-Chem-Physics GPA: 3.98

Perceptual Ability: 18
Quantitative Reasoning: 17

Shadowing Experience:
About 125 hours with a well-known and experienced dentist. He is a general dentist with a focus on cosmetics (implants, crowns, etc.).
Volunteering Experience: About 100 hours, most with Remote Area Medical (RAM). They are a nonprofit organization that provides free healthcare services to people that otherwise would not have medical, dental, and vision care.
Employment: Since my upbringing, I worked and still work whenever possible at my family's Chinese restaurant. During the semester, I am a tutor with my university's academic success center.

Other Extracurriculars:

Vols For Good: Vols For Good is an independent and student-ran nonprofit organization that primarily serves underrepresented sectors of our Tennessee communities through awareness, fundraisers, speaking events, and more. I am the co-founder, vice president, and secretary.

Alpha Epsilon Delta (AED): I am a member.

Drive UT, Automotive Enthusiast Group: This is a university student ran club. I am a member in the club (I have a truck and motorcycle).

Relevant Honors or Awards: Dean's List.

LOR type and strength:

General Chemistry Professor (Director of General Chemistry Labs): Submitted, I know the professor well through office hours.
Statistics Professor (Business Analytics): Submitted, I know the professor well through his social media/help group for the statistics course.
BCMB Professor: Pending (within 1-2 weeks), I know the professor through after class talks and his TA. Should be a very strong letter.
Director of Academic Success Center: Submitted, I work as a tutor for the department.

what means BCMB?
 
The concern is the lower DAT score. You may get some consideration as an in state disadvantaged applicant. Connect with your in-state to see if there are any applicants similar to you that they have admitted recently. I am optimistic that your experiences will help you.
