What is your year by year GPA not counting your dual enrollment?

Keep going with non clinical volunteering as long as it is not tutoring. Curious why not a behavioral health therapist or go for a PsyD?

You could receive interviews at some MD schools but should also apply to DO schools. I suggest these MD schools with your stats:
All 4 SUNYs
New York Medical College
Albany
Hackensack
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
George Washington
Virginia Commonwealth
Wake Forest
NOVA MD
TCU
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Belmont (when it opens)
For DO schools I suggest these:
Touro-NY
NYITCOM
UNECOM
LECOM
PCOM
MU-COM
DMU-COM
KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
TUNCOM
WESTERN
TUCOM-CA

Yr 1: 2.95
Yr 2: 3.81
Yr 3: 3.80
Yr 4: 3.95

Thanks for your question! Being a doctor would let me work with both the bio + psych aspects of patients, such as prescribing meds but also being able to treat them more holistically. I really like working with older adults and disorders like Alzheimer's, so pursuing a career in geriatric medicine as a doctor would allow me to do that. But the thing is in med school I'll be able to explore all these different routes and see what fits me best to practice. I think as a therapist/PsyD I'd just be confined to psychology but I want to learn about other specialties. Also, I've always just wanted to be a doctor since I was a kid lol

Btw, do you think my nonclinical volunteering is ok, or should I find other opportunities? I really like what I do as a home helper but I'm not sure if it's enough. I also know tutoring isnt the best but I place more emphasis on the home helping.

From what you describe, the home-helper role may give you some insights that would be important in your development as a physician depending on what circumstances you are exposed to. I am pleasantly surprised you didn't jump into the "crisis text line" roles that many applicants found. If I had suggestions, I would say that finding opportunities to work with sheltered communities (LGBTQ+, developmental disabilities, or women/children) could serve a strong contrast that leverages your interest in mental health.
