I have not done anything at any dental schools but I have shadowed at different dental facilities!

no, I thought that would be enough That already took up so much time plus classes and I had 2 jobs so I figured this was the easiest way to give back to the community and the fact that our philanthropies were with organizations that were personal to me. This summer I was able to get some shadowing in but not volunteering unfortunately because of studying for the DAT and 4 summer classes. I know these sound like excuses and that's how admissions might see it

well, you are behind the 8-ball on sGPA and DAT
and your shadowing hours are light too
you applied to a lot of schools and only one public besides your state school, so that's good
the only thing that stands out to me as good on your app is your research, but i'm not sure that's going to be enough
i think i would have advised you to apply to more privates, or take another year to improve your app and DAT...
