My TS is 25, list is based off surface level research and recs from upperclassmen. I know general IS/OOS stats and price range for all the schools which is why this is what I'm going with, but IDK about programs reviews, etc

Harvard, UCSF, UCLA, UMichigan, UNC, UPenn, UOP
are 7 of the 10 most difficult to get into schools in the country
you will get interest because of your gpa/dat, but it is difficult to say how many you will get interviews at

ASDOH, BU, Midwestern AZ, Temple, WesternU
you are well above their stats and your chances of suffering from yield management are high

UMaryland, UNLV
you need more in-range schools, and closer to CA than maryland

you get interview invites and acceptances from having mission fit with programs
you need to do more than "surface level research"...

We do not pick candidates for interview based on "surface level research" so do not do the same when comparing dental schools. Swipe left or right...

Which ones have the technology you want some exposure to? Which ones will give you enough patient experience to be confident you can see enough patients per day to pay your salary? Which ones will let you do research if that's what you want to do? What is your endgame as a dental student?
