• I also listed my crisis advocacy volunteering under nonclinical. Although I am in a patient care environment, my role is not involved in patient care. Is this alright?

To me it depends on your AMCAS approach. I like your advocacy to action growth, and I'm guessing this will be a selling point on your application.

Maybe i would focus on them separately to have one emphasize your leadership and organizing skills with the other your in-person communication and empathy skills in a nonclinical setting. Map against the competencies and you can find something that works.
