So I'm a senior and I've currently applied to 11 schools, two which are DO. I'm really hoping to get into my state's school, but my stats are kinda low. I have a 3.5cgpa, 3.4sgpa and 3.9 other gpa. My MCAT did not go well. I got a 28 (9PS, 9VR, 10BS). I had a computer glitch during my exam and it caused my VR and BS scores to suck (the glitch was at the end of the PS). I've sent a letter from the AAMC about the glitch to all my schools, but I'm still afraid I won't get interviews based on that score (in practice tests, I was scoring in the low to mid 30s).
As for EC's, I've been chair of Relay for Life for the past three years for my school (I got to a 40,000+ people school) and I am also on the national collegiate training team. Also, I did EMS my freshman year and I've done three internships (over the summer) where I work on a clinical research project and then design my own that I give a 15 min presentation on and do a research paper. I just wanna know if I'm totally screwed or if the fact that I've done a ton of stuff in college is going to help. I also studied abroad in France and speak the language fluently. Any help would be appreciated!
