I have already e-submitted and my application has been mailed out! What should I do if I want to add another letter of rec to allow me to apply for more schools? Do I send it to them directly?

If you haven't already submitted four letters, then you can still add more. Just go to evaluations in your application (in the middle, not on the right), and click the plus sign to add another. It'll get mailed out with a later batch once it's been completed.
