Vision Scientist to be based in Singapore, great opportunity!
As a genuine laboratory for innovation, our clients Research and Development unit is the corporations strategic cornerstone. To reinforce its position in Singapore, they are looking for a Vision Scientist.
Summary
In charge of programs / studies within the Vision Science field done either in company (in close collaboration with the global R&D department) or externally with some partnerships.
Responsibilities
Manage internal studies: writing protocols, defining methodology to use, follow-up, data analysis, final report and presentation
Build and follow-up of collaborations done with partnership located in Asia-Pacific area
Propose new studies / tests / experiments to be performed in order to develop new product concept and new corrective concept system
Requirements
Background
MSc or PhD in Vision Science
Previous experiences of collaborations with scientific partnership in India
Able to deal with Indian Institutions
Proficient with spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software
Familiarity with Statistics is a must
Character
Analytical skills is required
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Must be a team player and display positive behavior
Willing to travel for technical exchange
Used to work in multicultural environment
