Does anyone know what the hell Wash U is talking about in their secondary? Does *everyone* need to submit a dean's certification, or only people who've had disciplinary action? I've been trying to figure out the instructions for like a week now...

maybe you're exactly the person they're trying to weed out with their complicated instructions....??

Hahaha, maybe! 😀 Seriously, though, do you know? Because I don't want to have to call long-distance to ask...

Pretty sure everyone has to submit it. I went to bio sci the other day, handed it to them, and they said they'd take care of it. So yeah, just go to your dean and it'll be done. 🙂

Have the 'Dean of Students' (or equivalent) at the school from which you expect to graduate fill out and send in that form. It shouldn't take long - the most difficult part will probably be locating the proper authority. The only exception to this is, as you stated, schools that took institutional action against you for whatever reason. So, if you transferred from one university to another, only get a sheet filled out by the dean at your new(est) school if you haven't gotten in trouble at any of your other schools. I had the same question myself 👍 .

Awesome, thanks everyone!

It was that part about transfer students that threw me off...
