Hi guys,

I've literary been anxious throughout this whole process of waiting for answers from schools. I have a few acceptances, but I'm still waiting on some answers from other schools and its driving me nuts. How are you guys handling the wait and what are you doing to distract your mind and stay relaxed and focused on school work. Any advise would be truly appreciated!!!

I have been trying to focus on my last semester of undergrad... but really, nothing has been working. I am always thinking about the day when I get into my top choice school! There's no way around the anxiety hahah!

I second this, there's no getting away from the nerve racking waiting game.

I think what helped me most was working out. It really has helped to just zone out, get really into my music, and get really into my work out... Trying to focus on school did not help me, especially if it was an easy/boring class my mind would wander to exactly what I didn't want it to. Talking about it with other people sometimes helped, but it also sometimes made it worse, ha! I think you really just have to find what works for you. I'm sure everyone is different. Good luck!
