Get something wrong, make a note of what you got wrong and why. Review it on the spot, maybe make a few flashcards. At the end of the session, take a look at your error log and look for patterns. Create a separate doc for concepts you find yourself getting wrong multiple times despite multiple reviews. Each morning, review yesterday's error log and deep review for optimal retention, at the end of each week, review your separate doc full of frequently missed concepts.
