So as part of my non clinical volunteering, I have three things

Alternative spring break, teaching low income under performing elementary students math during spring break while. We go to Philadelphia as a part of this, but it's only one week so it's not long term, just one week per year.

Soup kitchen work during freshman year, about 100 hours, but only did it for one year.

Then there's a program I'm thinking of starting but don't know if it's worth it...it's basically an English practice center for international students. We get student volunteers who basically come to the center and speak English with international students who feel insecure about their language skills. Is this a valid for, of volunteering? Or is it just a club?

Thanks ahead of time!

"Only" one year was my favorite part.

Do you have any clinical volunteering? If so, keep it up and you probably don't have to worry about a lack of volunteering. If not, your first priority is to make sure you have some clinical experience. Either way, the project you describe is a positive addition to your application, but keep in mind clinical exposure is much more important to ensure you have filled than non clinical volunteering.

Did you gain a deeper commitment to helping your fellow man?

I think you're volunteer opportunities are great. It seems your are picking them on interests you have rather than what you think looks good on an app. You're going to have a lot of patients who don't speak English well, I think your new volunteer opp is great and would be as much help to you as the people you are helping.

You still need more clinical hours though. Clinical hours are nice and not as demanding as other volunteer gigs. They let us do homework during down time (which is most of the time) and the time where I am working, it's awesome. You get to chat with patients and their families. It's pretty fun. I wouldn't call it rewarding but I do it because it is fun and a prerequisite for medical school.

If you are looking for a more rewarding clinical volunteering experience. Try a hospice. Trust me, it will again help you as much as you help them.
