Well, you've got teaching, research with publications and great clinical experience. Do you have any activity you'd list under leadership? Perhaps you'd consider physician shadowing to be embedded in your ICU experience, but it couldn't hurt to follow a doc or two for a day or so during office hours.

Solid work, Bofeity! I would say you look like a great candidate, just don't let up on that MCAT. There are a lot of helpful threads about prepping for the test, but a couple of the bottom-line tidbits include: 1) timed, passage-based questions are much more helpful and realistic than prepping with stand-alone questions. And 2) the actual MCAT is a little tougher than even the official $35 practice tests. You really gotta know the concepts backwards and forwards, bc come test day they obfuscate the problems a little bit more within the passages. Judging from your GPA's though, it looks like you have a solid work ethic. I think if you buckle down for this test you are in a great position...

I think you're solid if you do well on the MCAT. Just apply broadly as there are no guarantees.

They are questions that are "similar" to those on the MCAT. They are generally much easier than the real MCAT.
