So I have my first round of residency interviews this week and am wondering what other women have done re: wearing e-rings. Any advice would be appreciated.

No one will care if you wear your wedding or engagement rings unless they are so large you need a dolly to rest your hand on because you don't have the strength to lift the rock.

Be tasteful. Not necessarily naked.

You are seriously overthinking this. Wear the ring, don't wear the ring. It doesn't make a difference.

I'm wearing my engagement ring! I'm couples matching so it's a good conversation starter (especially in the more casual settings, like talking to residents).

Are u kidding me? who cares?

if the program has an issue with you being in a relationship/married, you probably don't want to be there anyway.

Ditto on that. I'm couples matching, so I mention "my fiance who I'm couples matching with" just so they don't have to risk asking an illegal question or not knowing. I suppose it could depend on how family-friendly the field is, but if having a life is a no-no, I'd like to know before I devote years of my life to a place.
