for anyone with experience, how are the Webpath and Harrison's questions in comparison to the USMLE?

harrison's? really? I always thought of that as more Step II material....

(yes - I know Step I is more clinical now (why people remind each other of this is beyond me - it's not like we all took the Step 10 years ago and are talking about how it was 'back in the day' - its just repeating what someone else said - but I digress).
