Hey all,

I have some confusions about Nova's webstar and email account. I just received this "confidential information" letter from NOVA. The letter states several websites that I can get my school's ID and email account. The letter also has a webstar PIN number for me. WHAT ARE THESE FOR??? Everyone that applied to NOVA got this?? I have not yet had an interview to NOVA. So, I have no clue why they said I should get my school's ID and email account in the letter.😕

On the bottom of the letter, it says ***This notice does not imply admittance to NSU***

Please help!!! 😱

I have been accepted to Nova and paid my deposit. I did receive that this past week...I think I read someone else had received it, but they had not been accepted yet. I'm not really sure what to do with it, but I am going to hang on to it.

I attend undergrad at nova. All students are given a pin number for their webstar account. The webstar account can be accessed through the nova homepage and links you to financial aid information, your charges and payments to the school, employee information if you work there, among other confidental information. Your email is separate and can also be accessed from the nova homepage and is called webmail. You student id number starts with a "N" and can sometimes be refered to as your "N number" you need this number to identify you at places such as the bursars office. Let me know if you are still confused!!!
