I withdrew from my only WL position Friday later in the day and I don’t think it will go through until Monday. Could this cause my CTE school to drop me?

No. But if you’re truly worried you can always email your CTE school

CYMS does not track WL's, so if you withdrew from a WL, there's no way (that I can recall) that a school where you have an offer will know this.

Also, CYMS does not keep track of offers... it keeps track of ACCEPTANCES (meaning you made a decision to accept the offer).
