So I noticed on my official transcript, it lists "Summer 2014" as a term with no courses. I vaguely remember it. I signed up for a summer course but withdrew a week before the term began, so I never attended the class or anything like that. The class isn't even listed on my transcript (I don't even remember what it was, my guess is a lab), but the term (Summer 2014) IS listed, and it says the withdraw date, with no course, no credits attempted, nothing. So, I didn't list this term on my TMDSAS because I didn't even remember it and there's nothing to list. Is that okay? What should I list on my AMCAS? There's no course or credits or anything, just "Summer 2014, withdrew", and a value of 0.000 for credits attempted, earned, etc.

I withdraw before the course even began, but I'm concerned they might think I took a class, withdrew, and somehow got it "expunged" from my record or something.

So there is no class listed, and no W? Then I think you should be fine.
