3.5 V full size, not the pocket kind, Diagnostic Set with case in great shape, I've used it a handful of times and am now graduating. Comes with wall charger handle (NiCad battery, not Li), regular eyepiece (not PanOphthamoscope), otoscope attachment, insufflator bulb, and a few otoscope attachments, see attached pics.
