Well child care review

Any good review books out there for a well child care review? I feel like I know a good bit of inpatient peds and zero outpatient stuff and would like to know the very basics before residency

I think a great place to start is Bright Futures from the AAP. Check out the website brightfutures.aap.org. The "Guidelines and Pocket Guide" section is useful. The guidelines provide detailed information categorized by age/stage or by theme. The Pocket Guide is more concise and highlights the important things that should be addressed at each visit.

All of these resources can be downloaded as a PDF. Your program may also give you a physical copy of the Pocket Guide when you start (mine did).
