since there isn't a us news ranking for a particular residency, what are some strong residency programs in internal medicine/ emergency medicine/ surgery?

Let me at least try to nail down one of these, since I am in the process of applying in emergency medicine. This question comes up every year (along with questions about board scores, grades, etc.), a few times a year, in the emergency medicine forum. Try to do a search in that forum for a particular program, and you will probably be able to find people's opinions of lists of the best programs. Hint: try programs like Cincinnati, Denver, Jacobi, Cook County, as those are always on top lists.
