I went to one school freshman year and transferred after one year to another from which I graduated with my bachelor's degree. Both schools gave me AP credit for pre-reqs, though there were some issues with getting credit from one pre-req class from the school I graduated from.

When I put in the AP credits showing up on my transcript, should I type them in for the school I went to freshman year (in which all the pre-reqs covered by AP are showing up without a problem) or should I type in to the school I graduated from (thus taking a chance that there might be some verification problems)?

I'd go with first.

On the transcript of the school I graduated from, this pre-req class is showing as "exempt" instead of showing AP credit, which is why I was worried.

Personally, I entered them from the school I got my degree from. I went to one school for undergrad and had 20something AP credits, and one school for post-bacc that gave me 40 AP credits. On AMCAS, I entered the AP credits from my undergrad since those actually counted towards my degree. Don't think it really matters, though.
