Has anyone had this issue? I never received a WES evaluation report though the online status says the report was mailed in the 3rd wk of June.

Now getting to a WES representative takes an "average time" of 15 min. When I did get them, they told me that they are ready to take the payment for another additional report. How can I order more reports ($40 +) without knowing the result of the evaluation. Frustrating it is with these guys ..... Any one has ideas on what to do?

Hi!

I know what you mean with WES, it's hard to talk to a customer service representative. But WES supposed to have the 7-day processing thing? I am concerned as well, since I plan to avail of WES services as well, and I'm really pressed for time.

Please keep us updated with what happens with your WES issue. I'm sure everyone could use the information. I surely hope it all works out for you. If anything, they shouldn't charge you for mailing you an extra copy, since the one they mailed you probably got lost in the mail or something.

After the long sequence of emails they said my evaluation had been completed on 7/15 and they are sending me a new copy. Pressed with time, I already ordered new copies.
My evaluation was actually completed according to the web status on 6/23. Now I am really concerned about what they did to my report.
