These are the bottom 2 programs on my ROL. Im trying to figure out which to rank last and which to rank second to last. I know some of you suggest not ranking either. Any thoughts?

Do not rank Drew. I'd rather rank Harbor and USC rather than Drew. I was told not to bother with any of the three unless you really must be in SoCal.

"Killer King" is in danger of losing accreditation as a hospital, but evidently accreditation of a residency program does not depend on the medical center being accredited or not. But in any case, it would not be wise to do anything out at Drew/MLK for residency.

Not ranking Westchester either... the only program I'm not ranking, in fact. I'd rather scramble.

Westchester is not that bad, they just need some consultant to come in and help them with the sales pitch.

See my post in the same thread that Skip Intro referred to.

It's really busy, but the crazy contract scheme is what got me. I have a family and I think it's unfair that your single colleague in the same program might make $7,000 more than you and both are expected to live in Westchester. Just not right in my opinion.

The residents I talked to only complained about the program too.
